I wanted something more substantial than the small first aid pouch I already kept in my car. This kit includes useful supplies like trauma bandages, gauze, safety shears and a thermal blanket, all together in one place. Hopefully I never need the serious bleeding equipment, but having the kit organised and accessible gives me extra peace of mind.

Grip It, Twist It, Time It

Hook a finger through the pull tab, draw the strap snug and turn the twist rod to tighten. Then jot the time on the white TIME tag, so whoever helps next knows exactly how long it’s been on. It works on an arm or a leg

Fits in Your Palm, Wraps Around You

Folded, it’s barely bigger than your hand. Opened, it covers a whole person, keeping out damp and wind and reflecting body warmth back in. It’s there for you after a race, at a chilly rest stop, during a long roadside wait or out on the water. You can even string it up as a quick shelter.

     One Grab, Everything Ready

When something happens, there’s no time to search cupboards and glove boxes. With Ravelin, the trauma essentials are already together in one kit, so you can reach for it, open it and get straight to helping.

    Excellent 4.8 / 5

We spend quite a few weekends camping, and I wanted to improve the emergency supplies we bring along. I like that this kit includes items for different situations, from securing a dressing to keeping someone warm. The compact collection is easier to pack with our outdoor gear than buying and organising every component separately.

         Why Choose Ravelin?

Be ready for the moments that can’t wait.

        Ready Wherever You Go

It keeps neatly in your car, backpack or at home, so it’s always within reach.

        Palm-Size Thermal Blanket

It folds small enough to sit in your hand, then opens to keep out wind and damp and hold body warmth in

        Sealed Trauma Bandages

Both 4-inch bandages stay sealed in their own packs, clean and ready until the moment you open them.

        Sling, Shears and More

A triangular bandage that ties into an arm sling, plus safety shears, a gauze roll with clip and two bandage wraps

        What does IFAK mean?

IFAK stands for Individual First Aid Kit. It’s a personal kit focused on serious injuries.

What’s the TIME tag on the tourniquet for?

It’s where you write the time the tourniquet was put on, so anyone helping afterwards knows how long it has been in place.

Will the tourniquet fit arms and legs?

Yes. The strap goes around either an arm or a leg.

How small does the thermal blanket fold?

About the size of your palm.

Does the tourniquet fold down when not in use?

Yes. It folds flat and compact, so it takes up very little room until you need it.

Does the gauze roll come with a clip?

Yes. The gauze roll comes with its own clip, so once it’s wrapped you can fasten the end in place without extra tape.
